After making the payment an Associate needs to mail the scan copy of the Receipt which he gets when he is transferring the amount through bank account, along with the scan copy of the Pan Card to documents@vallsoft.com. |

How long does it take to activate an Associate’s Joining ? |

After finishing the Registration using IIN No., Serial No., Password and then as soon as the Associate mails the required documents to documents@vallsoft.com, then his joining will be soon activated, to know more about the documents which you need to mail refer to question no. 5. |

Why is PAN Card required at Registration ? |
| |
This PAN Card information is required for Tax deduction at Source on the commission you get which will be paid to the Income tax department on your PAN. |

| |
One should be sponsored by an existing Vallsoft Associate to become a Vallsoft Associate. |

What is my ID number and password ? |
| |
All new Associates are assigned an ID number, Username and a Password when they register as an Associate to visit their respective accounts. |

No they are neither employees nor members of the Company. They are independent Associates. |

It is your duty to change the confidential information like password after taking all the information from sponsor. We will not be responsible for any mishappening in this regard. |

How can I get my lost password ? |
| |
Kindly send us a written request along with a Demand Draft of Rs.222/- in favor of Vallsoft Marketing Pvt. Ltd. payable at Margao to get your lost password. Please, include your Name, ID No., Username, Date of Birth and mailing address with the request. We will send your password within four weeks. |

Can non-Indian citizens register as an Associate ? |
| |
No, non-Indian citizens can not register as an Associate unless and until Vallsoft goes International. |

Am I charged for the Product delivery ? |
| |
No the delivery is Free of Cost, but if any Octroi Charges or such a type of charges are applicable in your city then it should be paid by the Associate. |

What is the maximum time for delivery ? |

Vallsoft Products are delivered quickly anywhere in India, by courier within 4 weeks (max.) in cities and 6 weeks (max.) in Rural Places. |

I feel misguided by a Vallsoft Associate and want to get my money back? What should I
do ?

After taking all the information from any Vallsoft Associate it is your responsibility to confirm all details yourself by visiting our website www.vallsoft.com. We also request you to go through our Terms and Conditions and FAQs properly before becoming an Associate. It should be noted that Company is not liable for any kind of false commitment/information provided by any Associate, and in this case No Money would be Refunded to any Associate. |

Do I need to renew my account every year ? |
| |
Vallsoft do have a renewal every year and the amount is 111/- this amount doesn’t need to be paid by an Associate but this amount shall be automatically deducted every year from an Associate’s payout. For eg:- If a ‘XYZ’ is an Associate in the company and his 1st year is coming to an end on 17th June 2011 then after this date whenever the payout comes to him, Rs.111/- amount as a renewal will be deducted from that payout. Now, the time between his renewal date and his payout he won’t be able to access life@click product online but his seat would still be there in the company no matter of whatever time he takes for his payout after renewal date. |

What is the procedure for Site Transfer ? |
| |
Site transfer is strictly not allowed. Once you have become an Associate of Vallsoft services and products, you can't transfer this to any other person. |

I have purchased the Products and have also sold it to five other people. Purchasing Associates are working very hard and I am getting commissions due to the business generated by them. Would I continue to earn commissions forever ? |

Any person, who wishes to join Vallsoft as an Associate, is eligible to work and earn commissions/ incentives. But the incentives earned by an individual are directly proportional to his/her involvement in promotion of the system. The Company reserves the right to reject commissions without any allusion of Associate who are found engaged in activities which are against the Company’s benefit. In this case an Associate will still enjoy the services. |

I have not submitted the photocopy or the scan copy of my PAN card. Would I be eligible to receive my commission cheques/TDS certificate? |

If you have not submitted a photocopy or the scan copy of your PAN Card, then please send it or mail it as soon as possible. We will not issue any commission cheque / TDS certificate in absence of proof of your PAN Card. |

I have seen online the last commission earned but I have not received it yet. |

If you have sent us the photocopy or the scan copy of your PAN Card then you are requested to wait for at least 15-20 days depending on the location of your residence as all Cheques are sent either through courier or through speed post. If you have already fulfilled the above mentioned conditions and still have not received your commission then please send us your query at the support@vallsoft.com. |

If you are earning commissions from Vallsoft you cannot join any other Network Marketing Companies / Business directly or indirectly otherwise you would lose your right to get any further commissions from Vallsoft. |

How much time does it take to get my earned commission cheque ? |
| |
The Commission will be transferred to you in the form of pay cheques within 20 days from the day commission is shown. If the payout does not get transferred by that time, you are requested to send us the query at the support@vallsoft.com with details of earned commission, ID no., Username. |

Can I join any other MLM Companies dealing with same/different product ? |
| |
No, you cannot join any other MLM Companies selling same/different product or any other business. If we receive any complaint against you that you have joined any other MLM Company or business then you would lose your right to get any further commissions from Vallsoft. However, you may continue to enjoy the services. |

What will happen if I found involved in anti-Company activities ? |
| |
If any Associate is found not following our Legals, Terms and Conditions, FAQ’s or found to indulge in any anti-Company activity in any manner or found disturbing the private or public business meeting, all the ongoing commissions from the Company, will be denied to him/her with immediate effect and without any notice. Decision of the company in this regard would be final. |

In order to advertise Vallsoft Business / Services, do I need to seek any permission from the Company ? |
| |
Before advertising you must send us the advertisement material for sanction. Severe action would be taken if we observe any bad advertisement (which breaks any law of the land or public policies) without permission of the Company. |

| |
Any kind of modification in Username is not possible once the online registration process is over. |

How many Registrations I can do on My Name and My Pan Card number in Vallsoft ? |
| |
An Associate in a company can register upto 5 seats on his Name and Pan Card number in Vallsoft i.e. the limit been set by Vallsoft and violation of this would result in cancellation of all the created Associate seats on his Name without any notice. |

Is there any charge for resending the returned Package of Products / Cheques ? |
| |
No there is No charge for resending the package of Products / Cheques. But the associate will be charged for the same if the address given by the associate is wrong. |
